Анотація
Стаття присвячена проблемі психологічного пізнання емоційних станів особистості. Представлено визначення поняття «емоційний стан особистості», розмежовано зміст понять «емоція» і «емоційний стан». Розглянуто різновиди емоційних станів за модальністю провідної емоції, за їхнім впливом на активність особистості, а також інші різновиди емоційних станів. Виокремлено два аспекти проявів емоційних станів, такі як: зовнішній і внутрішній. Окреслено механізми виникнення емоційних станів.
The article is devoted to the problem of psychological cognition of emotional states of the personality. The purpose of the article is a theoretical study of the phenomenon of emotional states of the personality and clarification of the mechanisms of their occurrence, varieties and manifestations. A review of published psychological works was carried out and such methods of theoretical research as analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization were used. The definition of the concept of "emotional state of the individual" is presented, the meaning of the concepts "emotion" and "emotional state" are distinguished. Varieties of emotional states are considered according to the modality of the leading emotion, according to their influence on personality activity, as well as separate types of emotional states, such as: mood, affect, passion, frustration, emotional stress. Two aspects of the manifestations of emotional states are distinguished, such as: external (external manifestations that both the individual himself and other people can evaluate in accordance with certain requirements) and internal (internal manifestations that only the individual himself perceives with his consciousness through his feelings and describes his emotional condition, like your mood). External manifestations of emotional states include behavioral and somatic reactions. It is noted that all emotional states are closely related to the needs of the personality. The emotional state of a person depends on the nature and intensity of the actual need, as well as on the assessment of the possibility of its satisfaction. The emergence of emotional states is a complex psychophysiological process that includes both psychical components (need-motivational, intellectual and sensual) and physiological (such as: neural, endocrine, sensory and motor).
