Анотація
В статті визначено сутність поняття «якість освіти» через комплекс характеристик освітнього процесу. Визначено
систему показників, що визначають якість дошкільної і загальної середньої освіти. Сформовано перелік науково-практичних
рекомендацій та запропоновано шляхи підвищення якості дошкільної і загальної середньої освіти.
In the article emphasized on the issue of equal access not only to education, namely to quality education as a key to development not only in the educational sector, but the whole society. The essence of the concept of «quality education» through the complex characteristics of the educational process is determined, which include: quality potential of achieving the goal of education, the quality of the process of formation of professionalism and quality education results. The system parameters that determine the quality of pre-school and secondary education is selected. A monitoring system in the formation of the ways to improve the quality of pre-school and secondary education is proposed, which refers to the process of gathering and disseminating information on the activities of the educational system that provides continuous monitoring of the status and development forecast. Scientific advice and suggest ways of improving the quality of preschool and secondary education are formed.
