Анотація
Одним з компонентів механізму підвищення експортного потенціалу підприємства легкої промисловості має стати
моніторинг стану та динаміки середовища господарської експортно-орієнтованої діяльності даного підприємства. В даній
статті автор розглядає основні характеристики вказаної системи моніторингу: особливості здійснення, порядок виконання,
систему показників.
In the present harsh economic conditions the export potential of domestic companies is undeveloped. To develop company`s international trade capabilities, the mechanism of boosting company`s export potential needs to be implemented into its business activity. The integral part of the given mechanism is the state and dynamics of company`s exporting-oriented activity conditions, which need to be monitored constantly. In the article the core characteristics of the company`s economic monitoring system, including performing peculiarities, working algorithm, system of indexes, are analyzed. In the beginning of the article, the necessity of monitoring the export potential, according to the export potential boost mechanism core principles, is justified by the author. Then the peculiarities of monitoring the light industry enterprise are characterized. After that the requirements to the monitoring indexes system are analyzed. And in the end of the article the monitoring procedure and specific agreement performance indicators are described. Thus, monitoring is the key part of the management cycle of any export-oriented domestic light industry enterprise.
