Анотація
The article is devoted to one of the topical problems of nursing pedagogy. Without any doubt, professional pedagogy is one of the most developed directions in Germany. That is why special attention in the article has been given to the matter of exploring the German experience in the application of professional pedagogy in nursing. Besides, the peculiarities of pedagogical activities of nursing personnel have been considered here. Moreover, the presented article highlights the role of practice mentoring in specialized training of nursing personnel. It must be noted, that theoretical analysis of scientific-pedagogical literature reveals in the research the meaning of such notions as «nursing pedagogy», «nursing didactics», «gestalt-pedagogy», «gestalt-pedagogical work». The research methodology comprises analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization of some theses in the authentic sources. Based on a comparative analysis of references, it has been concluded that nursing pedagogy is one of the subdivisions of professional pedagogy on one hand. And on the other hand, it can be considered as an independent discipline and a certain field of activity of nursing personnel.
