В статье отображены результаты исследования реального состояния составляющих, показателей и элементов самосовершенствования преподавателя физического воспитания в процессе
профессиональной деятельности. В качестве методики исследования использовались анкеты, разработанные нами для изучения теоретико-методического уровня, компьютерной грамотности. Педагогическое общение определялось с помощью самооценки преподавателя собственного уровня
общительности, для определения физических качеств были подобраны тесты оценки физической
подготовленности с учётом возрастных показателей. В результате исследования выявлены элементы самосовершенствования педагогов, которые наиболее развиты и отстающие стороны профессиональной деятельности преподавателя физического воспитания.
This article deals with the results of the actual indexes and elements of the self-improvement of the physical-training teachers in the process of the occupational activity. We used the questionnaire for the investigation of the theoretical and methodical level, computer knowledge. Pedagogical communication has been defined with the help of self-appraise of the teacher of his or her communication level. We made tests for checking the physical abilities according to the age. In the result of this research, we found elements of the self-improvement of teachers, who are the best specialists in the field of physical training.
