Анотація
У статті проаналізовано й оцінено організаційно-економічні резерви продуктивності праці на машинобудівних
підприємствах Хмельницької області, визначено пріоритетні напрями ефективного використання організаційно-
управлінських резервів підвищення продуктивності праці.
The aim of the research – to analyze and evaluate organizational and economic reserves of productivity in the machinebuilding enterprises of Khmelnitsky region. Index of organizational and management capabilities was defined, including the partial indicators such as the "Coefficient of rationalization of work", "Ratio organization of workers" and "Management optimization factor". The dynamics of the index of organizational and managerial capacity in 2004-2013 years for machine-building enterprises of Khmelnitsky region was investigated. Priority areas using effective organizational and managerial reserves increased productivity were identified. The results of the assessment indicated that the largest reserves of organizational and management capacities studied engineering enterprises Khmelnitsky region primarily associated with an increase in the coefficient optimization management. Increase the level of production and labour; use of virtual network structures of production management, the use of outsourcing services and others are the priority areas of efficient use of organizational and managerial reserves increased productivity.
