Анотація
В статті розкрито сутність поняття іміджу підприємств та його історичний аспект. Систематизовано та
охарактеризовано зовнішні функції іміджу. Досліджено основні складові іміджу підприємств ресторанного господарства та
визначено особливості його формування в закладах ресторанного господарства. Розглянуто проблематику та основні
напрями формування іміджу на різних етапах життєвого циклу ресторанного підприємства. Розкрито особливості якісних
методів для оцінки іміджу підприємства.
A profit and success of restaurant are straight related to his image. An image is formed from the row of constituents, from hospitality, and hospitality is the determinant of service business, and satisfaction consumer need, and, that consumer need satisfy, it is necessary to render quality services, exactly by it and the conditioned actuality of select theme. In the article essence of concept of image of enterprises is exposed and him historical aspect. The external functions of image are systematized and described is informing, action, concordance. The basic constituents of image of enterprises of restaurant economy are investigational, namely: image of personnel, style of management organization, level of corporate culture, creation of feed-back. The features of his forming are certain in establishments of restaurant economy. The range of problems and basic directions of forming of image are considered on the different stages of life cycle of restaurant enterprise (birth, childhood, youth, early maturity, maturity, aging, revival). The features of quality methods are exposed for the estimation of image of enterprise.
