dc.description.abstractМетою дослідження є аналіз економічної складової дезінтеграційної регіоналізації в країнах Іспанії, Італії та Бельгії. Для вирішення поставленої мети були використані наступні методи дослідження: інформаційно-пошуковий, статистичний, порівняльний, системний аналіз. Вихідними даними для аналізу економічної складової дезінтеграційної регіоналізації в обра-них країнах були такі показники: ВВП в окремих регіонах країн ЄС, ВВП на душу населення в окремих регіонах країн ЄС, частка регіонів у ВВП Італії, Іспанії та Бельгії, ВВП на душу населення країн та регіонів у % до середнього по ЄС28, частка економічно активного населення серед громадян віком 15 – 74 років у вибраних країнах ЄС, частка економічно активного населення серед громадян віком 25 – 34 років у вибраних країнах ЄС, чисті доходи домогосподарств Бельгії, Італії та Іспанії у розрізі регіонів, надходження податків за автономними регіонами (спільнотами) Іспанії, Італії, Бельгії. У статті проаналізовано сучасний стан економічної складової дезінтеграційної регіоналізації в країнах ЄС – Італії, Іспанії, Бельгії. Встановлено, що в Італії, Бельгії та Іспанії спостерігається суттєва розбіжність між всіма регіонами за рівнем ВВП, рівнем ВВП на душу населення і тими регіонами, де населення схильне до дезінтеграційної регіоналізації. Встановлено, що різниця у доходах домогосподарств у Бельгії не є великою і тому, не може бути джерелом розвитку дезінтеграційної регіоналізації, на противагу Іспанії та Італії, де ця розбіжність велика, і тому використовується право-радикальними політичними силами та популістами як аргумент стосовно можливого відділення від країни. Проведений аналіз економічної складової дезінтеграційної регіоналізації дозволяє зробити висновок, що основним економічним фактором цього явища виступає нерівномірність розвитку регіонів і небажання більш багатих регіонів «утримувати» більш бідні. Подальший аналіз дезінтеграційної регіоналізації в країнах ЄС передбачає аналіз соціальної та політичної складової. Вивчення досвіду країн ЄС у вирішенні кризових питань, дослідження причин, складових та наслідків дезінтеграційної регіоналізації, можуть допомогти Україні у вирішенні власних територіальних проблем.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the study is the analysis of economic component of disintegrational regionalization in Italy, Spain and Belgium. The following research methods were used to reach the set purpose: information retrieval, statistical, comparative, system analysis. The baseline data for the analysis of economic component of disintegrational regionalization in selected countries were such measures: GDP in some regions of EU countries; GDP per capita in some regions of EU countries; the share of regions in the GDP of Italy, Spain and Belgium; GDP per capita of countries and regions in percentage to average in the EU (28); the proportion of economically active population among citizens aged 15-74 in selected EU countries; the proportion of economically active population among citizens aged 25 to 34 in selected EU countries; net incomes of households by regions in Belgium, Italy and Spain; tax revenues from autonomous regions (communities) of Spain, Italy and Belgium. The analysis of the economic component of disintegrational regionalization allows to conclude that the main economic factor of this phenomenon is the uneven development of regions and the reluctance of more affluent regions to "keep" poorer regions. The further study of the disintegrational regionalization in EU countries envisages the analisys of social and political components. The research of the EU countries' experience in addressing critical issues, the study of causes, components and consequences of the disintegrational regionalization can help Ukraine to solve its own territorial problems. The Analysis of the Economic Component of Disintegrational Regionalization in the EU In the article the economic component of disintegrational regionalization in EU countries (Italy, Spain and Belgium) at present time was analyzed. Regarding Italy, Spain and Belgium it was determined that there is a significant discrepancy between regions by the level of GDP, GDP per capita and those regions, where the population is inclined to disintegrational regionalization. The difference in household incomes in Belgium is small and therefore it can not be a source of disintegrational regionalization development. In Italy and Spain this difference on the contrary is big and thus it is used by right-wing radical political forces and populists as an argument in favor of possible separation. The analysis of the economic component of disintegrational regionalization allows to conclude that the main economic factor of this phenomenon is the uneven development of regions and the reluctance of more affluent regions to "keep" poorer regions. The further study of the disintegrational regionalization in EU countries envisages the analisys of social and political components.
