dc.description.abstractAn important prerequisite of the international diversified structures formation in agribusiness is forms of organization of agriproducts manufacturers. The character of social-economics relationships defines them. In the modern management conditions, Ukraine has all reasons for an active entering on foreign markets. The essence of projecting the agribusiness international diversified structures is in the definition of the objectives, in the comparing the actions with available resources, taking into consideration direct and indirect, internal and external factors of influence on this project. Thus, the crucial objective of the national agribusiness is the investigation of the prerequisites of the formation international diversified structures. With this purpose the author has determined the necessary conditions for the active entering of agribusiness companies on foreign markets, the importance of the proper formation of agribusiness diversified structures was justified, the methodology of projecting the agribusiness international diversifies structures was developed, the building scheme of agribusiness company’s organizational structure in the conditions of international diversifying business-activity was determined. The results of investigation allow to implement the projecting agribusiness diversified structures in Ukraine. What is more, to determine the main approaches for this realization with the minimal cost from a coherent or an inconsistent behavior of the international diversified system of agribusiness units, to use the proposed schemes and decisions.uk_UA
