чинники та проблеми формування системи управління якістю підприємств сфери готельного бізнесу України. Виявлено
основні напрями та фактори підвищення якості послуг вітчизняних підприємствах готельного господарства.
To effectively ensure the quality and competitiveness of the hotel's actual problem is the management of service quality.
