Розробка інструментів для поліпшення функціонування загального виробничого процесу та відділу технічного контролю, який полягає в побудові моделі виробничого процесу, розрахунку необхідних показників та надійності її роботи, розробці програмного забезпечення для автоматизації статистичного контролю якості та стабільність виробничого процесу.
