Анотація
У статті досліджується проблема визначення психолого-педагогічних умов, сприятливих для удосконалення навчально-виховного процесу майбутнього учителя трудового навчання та технології, з метою результативного розвитку його творчих здібностей засобами дисциплін художньо-творчого циклу. На підставі теоретико-методологічних досліджень виділено ряд умов, серед яких провідну роль відіграють: особистість викладача та особистість студента (особистісні риси, мотиви, цінності, прагнення до самовдосконалення тощо), атмосфера співробітництва та співтворчості, забезпечення студентам можливості реалізації своїх творчих якостей у навчально-виховному процесі на заняттях і в позааудиторній діяльності, відповідний стан матеріально-технічної бази
The article substantiates the necessity of defining psychological and pedagogical conditions for improving teaching and educational process of the future labor training and technology teacher aiming at effective development of his creative abilities. The scientific publications concerning the investigated problem have been analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that, despite a significant number of studies concerning the problems of creative teacher preparation, certain aspects of this process, such as the development of creative abilities of the future labor training and technology teachers in the process of mastering various cycles of professional disciplines in the conditions of higher education reform do not lose their relevance. Disciplines of the artistic and creative cycle have significant potential of creative abilities development of the future teachers, their non-standard thinking, abilities and skills to perform teaching and educational process at a creative level in future. Based on theoretical and methodological research, a number of conditions has been identified where the leading role among them plays: the personality of the teacher and the personality of the student (personal traits, motives, values, aspiration for self-improvement, etc.), the atmosphere of cooperation and joint creativity, providing students with the opportunity to realize their creative qualities in teaching and educational process at the lessons and in extracurricular activities, the corresponding state of the material and technical base. The specifics of application of selected conditions in the teaching and educational process of the artistic and creative cycle disciplines are substantiated and disclosed.
