Анотація
One of the main directions of distance education development in Ukraine is teacher training. The main parameter of evaluating the efficiency of distance the level of trainee's motivation on different stages of learn level of mastering pedagogical technologies. The efficiency of methods used is checked through questionnaires, analysis o of group and individual tasks.

Nowadays all over the world we can observe active development new educational technology, e.i. distance education, which allow obtaining knowledge of high quality without taking into account place of living, ethnic affiliation and other peculiarities. This technology is based on the principles of open education and widely uses computer educationnl programs of different purpose and modern telecommunications for communication and transporting educational material.
