Анотація
В публікації проаналізовані основні причини зниження особистісного саморозвитку у ВНЗ. Визначені умови стимулювання студентів до творчості, успішності, креативності. Обґрунтовані основні проблеми саморозвитку та запропоновані шляхи їх вирішення. Проаналізовано сутність поняття «самовиховання» та визначені рівні готовності студента до самоосвіти. Охарактеризовані основні завдання, щодо організації самовиховання майбутнього фахівця соціальної сфери та запропоновані прийоми, педагогічні умови успішного керівництва.
The paper examined the main causes of stimulation deterioration of the future social workers to self-development in the universities. According to the study, students distinguish the following problems: disorganization, the difference between theory and practice. lack of logic in the structure of teaching process, great workload, absence of preparatory courses before university. According to these problems, the conditions of stimulation personal self-development of university students include independent work, involvement into social and useful work, creating a situation of active position that contributes to the success of future professional of social sphere, development of personal qualities such as organization, responsibility, independence, creativity, adjustment of curricula and study schemes aimed at establishing a favorable learning environment. Also we can determine some problems of internally personal nature towards a student self-development such as the impact of senior students on junior ones, gender dominance, lack of parental influence, independent way of life, the influence of the non-formal organizations on students. Three levels of readiness of students to self-development are determined. The initial level means that the students’ motivation is mostly elemental. The average level is characterized by the desire to learn independently, set goals and implement them efficiently. The higher level is marked by a deep understanding of the individual need of self-education depending on socially significant goals, the ability to formulate the aspirations and achieve them by optimal ways. So, the requirements set to modern specialist of social sphere must meet the needs of modern world: professionalism in the social sphere, innovative thinking and willingness to change, creative focus, the ability to understand others, high level of legal, political and economic competence, systematic thinking, willingness to take responsibility, business style, communicative skills and others.
