Анотація
У статті обгрунтовано теоретичні аспекти застосування основ організації праці з позицій впливу людського фактора. Розглянуто комплекс заходів, спрямованих на підвищення ефективності організації праці з урахуванням принципів гуманізації.
The theoretical aspects of application of bases of organization of labour from positions of influencing of human factor are grounded in the article. The complex of the measures directed on the increase of efficiency of organization of labour taking into account principles of humanization is considered.
