Анотація
У статті висвітлюються проблеми формування професійних компетенцій майбутніх фахівців соціальної сфери у контексті аналізу змісту управлінської діяльності. Автор розглядає проблеми самоменеджменту як моделі саморозвитку фахівців соціальної сфери. У статті аналізуються аспекти сутності, мети, функцій, концепцій самоменеджменту як пріоритетної складової професійної компетенції сучасного фахівця соціальної сфери.
The article covers problems of formation of professional competences of future specialists of social sphere in the context of analysis of the content of management activity. The author considers the problems of self-management as a model of self-development of specialists in the social sphere. The article analyzes aspects of the essence, goals, functions, concepts of self-management as a priority component of the professional competence of the modern specialist in the social sphere. The article deals with the problem of managerial competence of specialists in the social sphere. The content of the concepts: "management work" and "manager" are characterized. The author considers the features of complexity and multifunctionality of management activity. The article describes the requirements for the professional competence of social work managers in the studies of Ukrainian (M. Lukashevich, M. Tulenkov) and foreign (M. Vudwok, D. Francis) scholars. The author focuses attention on the difficulties in management activity in the conditions of market economy formation in Ukraine and general economic uncertainty, probable variants of the solution of professionally important tasks in the conditions of the highest risk and uncertainty of modern Ukrainian society are considered. The article gives an analysis of the research of the American researcher R. Katz concerning the formation of managerial skills of future specialists in the social sphere, namely: practical (technical) skills; the ability to think conceptually or have conceptual skills (containing three components: perspective or strategic planning, forming relationships within the organization, building corporate rules of the organization's behavior in society); and human knowledge, that is, the ability to work with people and among people, to objectively evaluate people and their motivating motives, to effectively manage them. The article deals with the problem of the concept of management of human resources. The author considers self-management as a modern direction of management activity in the context of forming the managerial qualities of specialists in the social sphere.
