dc.description.abstractМетою даного дослідження є визначення перспективності електронної комерційної торгівлі, її стану й основних світових тенденцій, а також тенденцій розвитку електронної торгівлі в Україні. Сучасний етап розвитку економічних відносин характеризується високим ступенем інформатизації. Швидкий темп комунікаційно-інформаційних технологій стимулює розвиток електронної торгівлі, сучасні тенденції розвитку якої в Україні та світі проаналізовано в даній роботі. У роботі виділені основні проблеми, що виникають при здійсненні інтрнет-торгівлі, та здійснено узагальнення отриманих з різних джерел та за різними методиками даних щодо актуального стану вітчизняної електронної торгівлі та тенденцій розвитку світової електронної торгівлі. Виявлені найбільш поширені бізнес-моделі електронних торговців. Досліджені фактори, що визначають подальші перспективи розвитку електронної торгівлі в Україні та світі. The purpose of this study is to determine the promise of e-commerce, its status and the main world trends, as well as trends in e-commerce in Ukraine. The modern stage of development of economic relations is characterized by a high degree of informatization. The rapid pace of communication and information technologies stimulates the development of e-commerce, the current trends in Ukraine and the world are analyzed in this paper. The development of e-commerce relies on attracting more and more users to the Internet, so it is not surprising that the share of e-commerce turnover in the GDP of countries and the share of electronic components in retail trade correlates with the level of penetration of the Internet. For the active inclusion of Ukraine in international e-business, active introduction of basic equipment, computers and telecommunications, including in rural areas, is necessary, which will ensure the expansion of computer literacy of the population and the proper level of infrastructure development; stimulating the rapid development of the network infrastructure: the development of the Internet of major domestic Internet portals; training for professional and general stores, network business structures, network operators, and the creation of several Internet skills at all levels of the education system, including civil servants; development of the domestic consumer market, increase of purchasing power by achieving stable economic growth. The paper highlights the main problems that arise in the implementation of intranet trade, and summarizes the data received from different sources and different methods on the current state of domestic e-commerce and trends in the development of world e-commerce. The most common business models of e-traders are revealed. The factors determining the future prospects of e-commerce development in Ukraine and in the world are investigated.
