В умовах глобалізації економічних процесів розвиток підприємства відбувається в непередбачуваних умовах. Саме потенціал підприємства характеризує можливість його успішного функціонування в нестабільному правовому та економічному середовищі та є основою для забезпечення перспектив розвитку.
Метою дослідження автора є розробка теоретико-методичних основ економічної категорії «потенціал підприємства» і методики адаптивного управління за умов невизначеностей і ризиків, що посилюються в умовах інтернаціоналізації. Об'єктом дослідження виступає потенціал підприємства.
In the conditions of globalization of economic processes the development of enterprise happens in unpredictable conditions. The potential of enterprise characterize the possibility of its successful functioning in non- stable legal and economic environment and is the basis of providing perspective development. The aim of the research is the development of theoretic- methodical principles of economic category of “enterprise potential” and the methods of adaptive administration in conditions of uncertainty and risks, which become stronger in the conditions of internationalization.
