dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study is the identification of key areas and specific measures to improve the quality of life of employees according to the analysis of state, dynamics and characteristics of social and economic relations. Ukrainian model of industrial relations is formed spontaneously without proper regulation. The state acting simultaneously with the position of the owner, manager and guarantor of citizens' interests , practically does not protect hired labour. Creating an effective social dialogue to improve the level and quality of life of employees and their families in Ukraine we must balance the labour market and competitive jobs, contribute to the improvement of professionalism of employees through training , specialization, retraining, getting the second higher education in accordance with the requirements of modern social production.uk_UA
