dc.description.abstractThe article aims to analyze modern methods of motivation and incentives in the enterprise. In the article the analysis stages, types of motivation, basic forms of incentives, material incentives work as the most important form of motivation in the business, analyzing stimulus forms and systems of remuneration applicable to the state enterprise "Novator", evaluating the overall payroll of the state enterprise "Novator" in 2010–2012, shows the dynamics of average annual wages of employees, social workers comp, expenditure on bonuses, financial assistance to employees and social development in 2012 and developed measures to improve motivation in the company. Motivation of staff may be implemented in various ways, but the main tool for influencing the employee's interest in achieving its goals and remain productive labour wages in the enterprise "Novator" uses three types of motivation of staff: material, labour and status.uk_UA
