Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано основні фахові компетенції, необхідні для здійснення
професійної діяльності майбутніх бакалаврів декоративного мистецтва, що складатимуть їхню
професійну (інтегральну) компетентність. Визначено складові професійної підготовки майбутніх
бакалаврів декоративного мистецтва на засадах компетентнісного підходу і ключові позиції щодо
формування спеціальних (фахово-предметних) компетентностей, а також висвітлено результати
компетентнісного підходу у процесі навчання на здобуття першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої
мистецької освіти.
Висвітлюється низка предметних компетенцій, які охоплюють різні види мистецької
діяльності студентів у процесі їхньої професійної підготовки, що передбачає створення умов для
саморозвитку особистості у навчально-виховному процесі. Розглянуто комплекс фахових
компетенцій, що формують професійно-фахову інтегративну компетентність на основі художньо-
проектної діяльності в процесі навчання як базисної компетенції художника декоративного
мистецтва, що забезпечує якість його професійної підготовленості та реалізації власних закладених
природою сутнісних сил.
Зорієнтованість вищої мистецької професійної підготовки на формування проєктної
компетентності здобувачів першого (бакалаврського) рівня освіти сприятиме становленню та
розвитку творчої особистості, здатної розв’язувати як професійні, так і суспільно-культурні
завдання, усвідомлювати цінності громадянського суспільства та необхідність його сталого
розвитку, що сприятиме не просто виживанню, а певному прогресу нації, який забезпечуватиме її
культурне відродження.
The key professional competencies necessary for the future successful career of Bachelors in Decorative Arts have been grounded in the article. It is emphasized that the distinguished professional competencies will constitute their professional (integral) competence. The professional training components of Bachelors in Decorative Arts have been singled out according to the competency approach. The key principles of the special (professional and subject) competencies development, as well as the results of the competency approach implementation in the first (Bachelor) level of higher art education have been indicated. A number of subject competencies comprising different areas of the art activities of students in the process of their professional training have been highlighted. It has been stressed that the professional training should involve the creation of conditions for self-development of the individual in the educational process. A set of professional competencies that form career and professional integrative competence based on art and project activities in the educational process has been considered. Career and professional integrative competence is viewed as a basic competence of a decorative artist, which ensures the quality of his professional training and implementation of his/her own inherent potential. Orientation of higher art professional training on the project competence development of the future Bachelors in Decorative Arts will promote formation and development of the creative personality able to solve both professional and socio-cultural problems. The personality should be ready to realize values of civil society and necessity of its sustainable development not only for the sake of its survival, but also for achieving a certain progress of the nation, which will ensure its cultural revival.
