Анотація
У статті розглянуто значення самоаналізу для професійного розвитку майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери на прикладі студентів-психологів.
На основі теоретичного аналізу наукових праць виявлено, що до фахівців соціономічної сфери, зокрема психологів, висувається низка вимог, зокрема до самої особистості фахівця.
Виявлено, що важливою професійною вимогою до фахівців соціономічної сфери, зокрема психологів, є розвинена здатність до самоаналізу.
У статті самоаналіз розглядається як здатність особи аналізувати свої психічні властивості, дії, вчинки, давати їм оцінку.
Розглянуто зв'язок самоаналізу з рефлексією та самопізнанням. При цьому показано, що самопізнання включає і рефлексію, і самоаналіз.
Визначено, що самоаналіз є одним з центральних рефлексивних механізмів і важливою психічною діяльністю студентського віку. Лежить в основі самопізнання і самовиховання майбутнього фахівця.
Показано, що самоаналіз відіграє важливу роль у формуванні професійної компетентності фахівців соціономічної сфери: впливає на успішне професійне самовизначення та самореалізацію, лежить в основі професійного самостановлення, сприяє спроможності ефективно вирішувати внутрішні проблеми, є одним із критеріїв професійної готовності, сприяє розвитку адекватного самоставлення, впливає на формування «Я-концепції», професійно-рольової ідентифікації, сприяє формуванню професійної свідомості, професійної компетентності особистості тощо.
Припускається, що здатність до самоаналізу необхідно розвивати цілеспрямовано у процесі професійного навчання.
The article shows the meaning of self-analysis for future professional development of socionomic sphere professionals on the example of students-psychologists. According to the theoretical analysis of different scientific works it has determined that a number of requirements are put forward for of the socionomic sphere professionals, in particular psychologists, including the personality of a professionals. It has been revealed that an important professional requirement for socionomic sphere professionals, in particular psychologists, is the ability to selfanalysis. The self-analysis is considered in the article as the ability of a person to analyze his or her mental properties, actions and to give them an assessment. The correlation between self-analysis, self-knowledge and reflection has been reviewed in the article. It has been determined that self-analysis is one of the central reflexive mechanisms and an important psychological activity of the student's age. Selfknowledge and self-education of a future socionomic sphere professionals are based on the self-analysis. It has been shown that self-analysis is important for development the professional competence of socionomic sphere professionals: affects successful professional self-determination and self-realization; it is the basis of professional self-determination, promotes the ability to effectively solve internal problems; self- analysis is one of the criteria of professional readiness, promotes the development of adequate self-administration, affects formation of «self-conception», professional-role identification, contributes to the development of professional consciousness, professional competence of the individual etc. It has been supposed that the self-analysis ability has to be developed purposefully in the process of professional training.
