Анотація
У статті представлений теоретичний аналіз низки праць провідних науковців, що присвячені дослідженню готовності до професійної діяльності, а також проаналізовано праці, в яких схарактеризовано компоненти готовності до професійної діяльності. Узагальнення досліджуваних матеріалів дало можливість визначити основні компоненти готовності майбутніх учителів іноземної мови до професійної діяльності та представити авторське тлумачення готовності майбутніх учителів іноземних мов до професійної діяльності.
The theoretical analysis of a number of papers by leading scientists devoted to the study of readiness for professional activity is presented in the article. The synthesis of the studied materials enabled distinguishing the main components of the future foreign language teachers’ readiness for professional activity and presenting an author’s interpretation of the future foreign language teachers’ readiness for professional activity. Professional training of students – future foreign language teachers for professional activity in the informational and educational environment of institutions of higher education is realized in readiness for professional activity. It is a generalized result of professional training in a certain aspect and should be manifested in: pedagogical consciousness; positive attitude towards the subject (student), object (pedagogical process) and means of activity (education and training); knowledge about the structure of the student’s personality, its age changes, goals and means of pedagogical influence in the process of its formation and development; pedagogical skills of the organization and implementation of educational influence on the student’s personality; ability to communicate with students of any age, transfer the experience, knowledge in accordance with the content and methods of achieving pedagogically meaningful goals; certain features of character, abilities, temperament, motivation; persistent, professionally important features of perception, attention, thinking, emotional and volitional processes.
