Анотація
The article summarizes the requirements for the literature teacher presented in the works of individual Ukrainian researchers and shows the
elements of the methodology for creating individual educational trajectories in the process of professional training. In addition to professional
competence and pedagogical mastery, a teacher must be a person who is
able to realize himself as a teacher of a generation who lives in a globalized
multicultural world, to understand the importance of national culture and
its aesthetic values, to have the need to constantly improve linguistic and
speech patterns, to be able to bring the beauty of the language into educational space of a higher educational institution, to see and feel the beauty and richness of the native language. The unifying factors in the formation of the aesthetic culture and professionalism of the literature teacher
are the development and implementation of individual educational trajectories. There is substantiated the importance of an individual educational
trajectory for increasing the level of professional competencies and aesthetic development of each student. The best moral qualities of a person:
humanism, kindness, hardworking - students form through action, developing skills of practical participation in creating beauty in real life,
strengthening the desire to live according to the laws of beauty. In the process of implementing individual educational trajectories of philological
students, the growth of personal potential, the freedom to choose ways
and means of solving educational goals, training based on subject-subject
interaction, and the educational activity to meet the needs and capabilities
of the individual are carried out. The creative achievements of the future
literature teacher show the growth of their professional and pedagogical
skills, which are formed both in classroom and extracurricular activities
