Документ Досягнення підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій: досвід європейських країн(Хмельницький національний університет, 2015) Шелудько, І.У статті розглядаються можливості і перспективи використання досвіду системи підготовки майбутніх учителів технологій у країнах Європи. Саме структурованість, зміст відповідно до національних традицій і європейських стандартів зумовили складові освітнього успіху європейської вищої педагогічної школи. Ця обставина спонукає вітчизняних учених-педагогів до виявлення і наукового обґрунтування шляхів творчого використання освітніх здобутків європейської освітньої системи підготовки вчителів технологій. З огляду на зазначене, нами визначено такі завдання: узагальнити прогресивні тенденції та підходи до якісної підготовки європейського вчителя технологій у національній загальноосвітній школі; сформулювати настанови, що сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності підготовки українських учителів технологій і, як наслідок, забезпечать успішну інтеграцію національної системи освіти до загальноєвропейського освітнього простору.Документ Health habits and their formation among today’s young people of school age in Poland(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Michalska, A.This paper presents the impact of health education on life expectancy and adaption to modern conditions. The acquisition of healthy attitude in the first and second decade of life influences the development of trade, economic status and helps efficiently cope with stress. The article highlights the impact of “health literacy”, the school environment and family upbringing and subsequent persistence in health. Organization of education should be started from childhood. Unfortunately many teachers and parents cannot supply information about sanitary education, correct sanitation, healthy nutrition and physical activity. Disciples who lack support and knowledge can be exposed under pressure of contemporary risky operations. Pediatric population makes up to 30 % of the whole population. In the first and second decade of life the baby is shaped and strengthens previously instilled habits. Stage of puberty is the most favorable moment for proper physical development of young people. During this period perpetuate conscious health behaviors, but at the same time there are health risk behaviors. These behaviors affect the quality and duration in health. Measures of health policy on school-age children should be focused primarily on prevention and health promotion.Документ Professional training programs of masters in adult education at universities of Germany(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Hizhynska, T.The German experience in professional training of teaching staff in adult education has been analyzed; it has been clarified that modern educational programs of Bachelor and Master specialties are based on the basic educational program offered by Adult Education Sectional Commission of Pedagogical Sciences in Germany (DGfE); value-targeted and organizational and semantic issues of Masters’ in Adult Education professional training in universities of Germany, defined according to andragogue profession’s modern roles and functions have been considered. The purpose of Masters’ in Adult Education professional training and the content of professional competencies have been revealed, the limits of andragogues’ academic education at the graduate level have been outlined. Based on the theoretical analysis of university reference books common features of Master’s programs of academic education in Adult Education/Continuous Education in universities of Germany have been found; the basic principles of the Master’s programs realisation in German universities have been indicated. Special attention is paid to research and justification of organisation and structural elements of Master’s programs in Adult Education/Continuous Education in Otto Friedrich University in Bamberg; the purpose and subject specialty have been revealed; the relation between theory and practical training has been established, the organization and the purpose of practical training abovementioned university have been described, professional prospects of graduates have been outlined.Документ Key methodological aspects of translators’ training in Ukraine and in the USA(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Skyba, K.The diversity of international relations in the globalized world has influenced the role of a translator that is becoming more and more important. Translators’ training institutions today are to work out and to implement the best teaching methodology taking into consideration the new challenges of modern multinational and multicultural society. The thorough research of the experience in training translators and interpreters in the USA may help to find out new perspective methodological approaches to teaching and learning. This article reviews the variety of translator training programmes in Ukraine and in the USA and presents the analysis of the innovative teaching approaches that are currently popular in the education community. There exist different kinds of translators’ training degree programmes: short and long, full-time and part-time in Ukraine and in the USA. American universities and colleges provide not only academic programmes but also specific certificate programmes in translation and interpretation. The peculiarity of Ukrainian translators’ training programmes is that all these programmes are fully integrated into the university system. The approaches applied in the process of translators’ training in the American system of education are mostly new and oriented on the professional skills building. The following teaching approaches are currently used in the translators’ training process: profession-based, learner-centred, social constructivist and interdisciplinary. A range of theoretical resources, namely Market Entry Strategy for Poland; the articles dedicated to international marketing and economy development (W. Grzegorczyk, M. Viachevskyi, M. Urbanetst); program specifications and structures at Polish universities, namely University of Lodz and Collegium Civitas, have been analyzed. It has been defined that marketing is one of the most important activities in all types of organizations since it is a link between customers and companies in the context of global changes in business environment. The need of leading companies for their staff to be highly qualified, open for new opportunities, ready to take an initiative and comprehend the global needs and values has been justified. It has been clarified that both higher education institutions have the same strategic aims, aimed at highly professional specialists’ training, the cultural-based education of youth, stimulating for critical reflection, lifelong learning, and professional development. Positive aspects in Polish experience of training future specialists in international marketing have been defined. Perspectives for further research have been considered.Документ Програми професійної підготовки магістрів у галузі освіти дорослих в університетах Німеччини(Хмельницький національний університет, 2015) Гіжинська, Т.У статті проаналізовано німецький досвід професійної підготовки педагогічного персоналу у галузі освіти дорослих; з’ясовано, що сучасні програми професійної підготовки магістрів ґрунтуються на базовій освітній програмі, запропонованій Секційною комісією освіти дорослих Товариства педагогічних наук Німеччини (DGfE); розглянуто ціннісно-цільові та організаційно-змістові питання професійної підготовки магістрів у галузі освіти дорослих в університетах Німеччини, які визначені сучасними ролями та функціями професії андрагога. З’ясовано мету професійної підготовки магістрів- андрагогів, зміст професійних компетенцій та окреслено рамки академічної освіти андрагогів на рівні магістратури. На основі теоретичного аналізу університетських довідників були виявлені спільні характеристики для програм магістерського рівня академічної освіти за спеціальністю «Освіта дорослих/Продовжена освіта» в університетах Німеччини; визначено основні принципи реалізації магістерських програм в університетах Німеччини. The peculiarities of modern engineering pedagogical education formation in foreign countries consisting in economy globalization, transition to a high quality education and international cooperation enhancing have been presented. The essence of clothing engineering educators’ design competence being the professional’s ability to provide educational process with didactic design and productive one with technical documentation for the garment manufacture in accordance with the production norms and standards has been revealed. On the basis of regulations and national and foreign experience (the USA, Australia, South Africa, European countries etc.) in clothing engineering educators’ training the peculiarities of future professionals’ design competence formation as a constituent of professional competence has been clarified. Training of future professionals in “Professional Education” specialisation is the first stage in obtaining the engineer-educator qualification (Eastern European countries). The second stage means gaining pedagogical qualification in vocational pedagogical educational establishments on the basis of obtained engineering qualification. The third stage consists in obtaining engineering and pedagogical qualification based on technical training according to the learning outcomes in International Society for Engineering Pedagogy that documents teachers’ qualification and competence and registers them in the international register of engineering educators.Документ Achievements in training of future technology teachers: European experience(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Sheludko, I.The article discusses the possibilities and prospects of using the experience of training future technology teachers in European countries. Its structure and content in accordance with national traditions and European standards led to the success of the educational components of the European Higher Pedagogical School. This fact encourages local scientists and teachers to identify ways of educational achievements use in European education system of technology teachers training. According to the above, we have defined the following tasks: summarize the progressive trends and approaches to quality training of European teachers of technology in national high school; formulate guidelines that will help improve training efficiency of Ukrainian technology teachers and, consequently, ensure the successful integration of the national educational system to the European Higher Education Area.Документ Supporting Novice Teachers Through Mentoring and Induction in the United States(Хмельницький національний університет, 2015) Зембицька, Марина Володимирівна; Zembytska, MarynaThe study focuses on the U.S. system of novice teacher support. The study highlights the evolution of mentoring from a traditional, isolated, hierarchical one-to-one relationship to multiple interactions which comprise a collaborative developmental network. The findings suggest that mentoring and induction support in the United States are continually progressing to conform to the dynamic trends in education and organizational management, which is evident in the diversification of their forms and types. American educators and policymakers extensively use new forms of mentoring, such as online mentoring, group mentoring, reciprocal mentoring, needs-driven mentoring etc. The analysis of induction and mentoring programs, district professional development plans and other documentation, carried out in the process of research, reveals their core components, goals and the peculiarities of their design and implementation. Special attention is given to mentor training, selection and matching. Novice teacher support is viewed as an effective instrument which allows school districts to reduce teacher turnover, improve student achievement by providing students with quality instruction and promote collaboration within teaching staff and administration.Документ Ideas on moral and civil upbringing of personality in italian and ukrainian pedagogy during the renaissance(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Petruk, N.Important aspects of moral and civic upbringing of personality based on studying the experience of humanist pedagogy establishment in the Italian Renaissance in XIV–XV centuries and the Ukrainian Renaissance in XVI–XVII centuries have been reviewed in the article. It has been found out that under the influence of Renaissance in XVI–XVII centuries Ukrainian pedagogy progressed not only in the Orthodox Christian paradigm of thinking, but was greatly enriched by the humanistic ideas of European origin as well and the matter of a person, a bright personality, endowed with unique personality traits, high ethical and Christian virtues, active and dynamic, was crucial for the forming of humanistic pedagogy. This resulted in increasing interest of Ukrainian philosophers to human problems, establishment of the value of personality, awareness of the importance of education and science in life. Intellect, education, moral virtues and work became the greatest personal qualities in works of Italian and Ukrainian humanists. Pedagogical culture during the Renaissance was also determined by ideas of civil humanism, need for patriotic education and personal action for the common good. Formation of civic sense and responsibility for own actions were of great importance.Документ Undergraduate courses in linguistics at universities of Great Britain(2015) Komochkova, O.The concept of linguistics as a branch of science has been considered. Key abilities linguists possess have been defined. The need to apply to foreign experience, in particular, British one, has been justified. Relevant information sources, namely, Benchmark Statement for Linguistics (2007), data on Education UK, the official website for international students launched by the British Council, programme specifications for linguistics at a number of British universities have been reviewed. The list of higher education institutions (65) offering undergraduate courses (424) in Linguistics has been presented. Study options for undergraduate courses in Linguistics have been described. It has been stated that curricula in linguistics provided by higher education institutions do not greatly differ from each other by the content; nevertheless they preserve their own originality. General characteristics of study years (primarily three-year curricula) have been given. Teaching and learning methods and techniques as well assessment methods generally used at British universities have been listed. Positive aspects of British experience in professional training of future linguists have been outlined. Perspectives for improving the Ukrainian curricula for professional training of future linguists have been justified.Документ Experience of forming professional and communicative competency of future social workers in education systems of Western European countries(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Baranyuk, V.The article analyzes the experience of forming professional and communicative competency of future social workers in the education systems of Western European countries, in particular, France, Germany and Switzerland. On the basis of generalization of the studied data it has been found out that each country has its own techniques of forming professional and communicative competency of social workers, which are peculiar to its own specific character and based on the well-established traditions of a particular society. At the same time it has been defined that basic qualities which social workers should have for efficient professional and communicative activity (striving for communication, ability to establish communicative interaction with different members of society, knowledge of professional speech etiquette etc.) are common for all countries. The content of the forming professional and communicative competency of students in the education systems of France, Germany and Switzerland has been analyzed. Forms and methods used in the educational process in order to develop professional and communicative competency of the future social workers have been defined. It has been found out that the theoretical training of students is closely linked to the usage of acquired communication skills and habits in the process of practical training, which is given much study time aimed at obtaining by the students a maximum professional experience in the real terms of communicative interaction. It has been defined that a modern pattern of forming professional and communicative competency of future social workers in the higher educational establishments of Ukraine should be created in the unity of social factors of our country and foreign experience.Документ Strategies of higher education institutions development in Great Britain(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Komochkova, O.The current stage of higher education sector transformation in Ukraine has been indicated. The study of foreign experience, namely of Great Britain, and the use of positive aspects of such experience have been justified. Information sources of Universities UK (Universities UK Strategic Plan 2013–2018; Efficiency and Effectiveness in Higher Education: A report by the Universities UK Efficiency and Modernisation Task Group; Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements of UUK) and The Strategic Plan 2009–2015 of Lancaster University have been studied. Vision, mission, functions,pressing issues, strategic aims of the Strategic Plan of UUK for the next five years have been presented. The achievements of UKK for 2013–2014 in accordance with strategic aims have been outlined. The actions of the organization aimed at providing British universities with various supports have been presented. The constituents of Strategic Plan of Lancaster University for 2009–2015, namely vision, mission, sectors of development (International, Teaching, Research and Impact, Finance and Organisation, the Lancaster experience) and consequently successfully achieved results have been presented. Positive aspects of British experience in strategic development of higher education institutions have been defined. Perspectives for further researches in this area have been outlined.Документ Особливості формування проектувальної компетентності у майбутніх інженерів-педагогів швейного профілю в Україні та зарубіжних країнах(Хмельницький національний університет, 2015) Білик, В.В.У статті охарактеризовано важливість інженерно-педагогічної освіти для світового ринку праці. Описано особливості розвитку сучасної інженерно- педагогічної освіти у країнах світу, що полягають у глобалізації економіки, переході до високоякісної освіти та поглибленні міжнародного співробітництва тощо. Висвітлено сутність проектувальної компетентності майбутнього інженера- педагога швейного профілю, що полягає у здатності фахівця забезпечувати педагогічний процес дидактичним проектом, а виробничий – технічною документацією на виготовлення швейного виробу відповідно до норм і стандартів виробництва. На підставі аналізу нормативних документів та вітчизняного і зарубіжного досвіду (Сполучені Штати Америки, Австралія, Південна Африка, країни Європи тощо) підготовки інженерів-педагогів швейного профілю у ході дослідження з’ясовано особливості формування у майбутніх фахівців проектувальної компетентності як складової професійної компетентності. Першим шляхом здобуття кваліфікації «інженер-педагог» є навчання майбутніх фахівців за напрямом підготовки «Професійна освіта» (у східноєвропейських країнах). Другий шлях – здобуття педагогічної кваліфікації в професійно-педагогічних навчальних закладах на базі отриманої кваліфікації «інженер». Третім шляхом є здобуття інженерно-педагогічної кваліфікації на базі технічної підготовки за результатами навчання у Міжнародній організації з інженерної педагогіки, що за підсумками навчання документально підтверджує кваліфікацію і компетентність викладачів та заносить їх у міжнародний реєстр інженерів-педагогів.Документ Experience in use of project method during technology lessons in secondary schools of the USA(Khmelnytskyi National University, 2015) Sheludko, I.The article examines the opportunities and prospects for the use of experience of project method during “technology lessons” in US secondary schools, since the value of project technology implementation experience into the educational process in the USA for ensuring holistic development of children, preparing them for adult life, in which they will be able to realize themselves and benefit society, seems undeniable to improve the quality of Ukrainian education. Its structure and content accorded with national traditions and European standards have made possible the success of educational components of American secondary school. This encourages national scientists and teachers to identify and scientifically justify the ways how to use scientific achievements of American educational system. Given the above, we have defined the following objectives: to summarize progressive trends and innovative approaches to the quality training of students in national secondary schools; to formulate guidelines that will improve the efficiency of training Ukrainian students during technology lessons and as a result, will provide the successful integration of the national education system into the European educational space.
